Send an email to our support team with your order number and clear photos of any damaged bottles or incorrect items received.
Verification
Our team will review your claim within 48 hours to confirm the issue and authorize a return or a direct replacement.
Safe Packaging
If a return is required, please place the items back in their original protective cardboard dividers to prevent further breakage during transit.
Refund or Reship
Once your return is processed, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
