How do you ensure the beer stays fresh during transit?
We store all our beers in a temperature-controlled warehouse and use reinforced, light-proof packaging to protect the quality and flavor profile of every bottle and can during shipping.
What is your shipping policy for alcoholic beverages?
We ship to most regions where legal. Please note that an adult of legal drinking age must be present to sign for the delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes due to age verification requirements.
Can I return beer if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on beverages. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the continental United States and select European territories. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and local customs regulations.
What should I do if a bottle arrives broken?
While we use extra-strength dividers, accidents can happen. If you receive a damaged item, take a photo of the packaging and the broken bottle and email it to our support team for an immediate resolution.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress from our warehouse to your doorstep.
