Brewed in collaboration with our friend Rob from Supermoon Beer Co. in Milwaukee, it features some old school hops (Cascade and Willamette) and some hops that are actually old (aged Celeia and Willamette). The beer is taut and nimble with notes of grapefruit peel, white flowers, Juicyfruit gum, black pepper, coriander, and a touch of aged hop funk.
