Pedestal Freestyle Nectaron

Pedestal is our line of single hop beer. We single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory. We use our house yeast, the same malt/water profile and change only one thing: the hop.

This version features the hop Nectaron! We’re actually very familiar with this hop, but we’ve never used it from our primary NZ hop supplier, Freestyle hops! They just started growing it recently and well, they grow hops good, so naturally we want to send it solo for all of us to taste in its unbridled glory!
