Cedar / Barrel Theory

 A blend of 33-month-old barrel-aged English Barleywine. Extended aging in Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, and Willett Rye barrels has coaxed out complex layers of dried dark fruit, caramel, fresh leather, warming spices, figgy pudding, oak char, cocoa powder, and demerara sugar from this mahogany liquid.
